This class is a combination of movement practices including mudras, functional & strength training with yoga and sound. Music is woven throughout and the session ends with a short sound bath. Each class is focused on the astrological energy of the day. Learn to move and work with the seasons, the sun and the moon.No movement or meditation experience needed.
