First Moon Workshop

This workshop is a safe place for young people to learn about their first menstrual cycle, in some respects known as the first moon cycle. It prepares menstruating people for what to expect and gives them tools to help it be a smooth transition. This class is celebrating this menstruating phase of life with a sense of unity and peace. Showing young menstruating people, the power of bleeding without any shame. Suggested age 10-16 40/person
